Voting Question: How to block websites in a workgroup setting ?

I work in a workgroup based windows network environment with 30 xp prof. clients and 20 vista clients. I have no domain. The internet wimax connection goes directly into my switch. I have a wireless router also that is plugged into the switch mainly to give out ip's to laptops on wi-fi. In this mixed envi. of wired and wireless how do I block some sites listed by my boss. Is there any 'freeware' to do this ? Or any settings to do centrally ?? If there was a domain, my friend said one can use ISA server and so on. But in a workgroup how do I ?? Please help me.
